Add Items to the Shopping Cart

1. Click on the product that you are interested in.
2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.
3. Click the “ADD TO CART” button.

4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon located in the upper right-hand corner.

5. When you click on the shopping cart’s icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “CHECKOUT” button.

6. In the shopping cart’s preview, you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
7. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "delete button" on the right side of the quantity. If you want to change the quantity, click on the +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.

Enter the Shipping Information and Coupon Code at Checkout

8. Please enter your email address, address, and contact information. If you have a coupon code, you can enter it on the right and click the Apply button. If you do not have one, you can ignore this.
9. Once you have confirmed the information is correct, please click the Continue to Shipping button to proceed to the next step.

• The email address and phone number must be entered correctly to avoid affecting delivery and shipping.
• To avoid delivery issues in EU countries, we recommend entering your address in the local language or in English. For instance, if your delivery address is in Germany, please enter it in German or English, rather than in French, Italian, or other languages.
• As most of our products are large-sized, we do not support delivery to PO Box. Therefore, we recommend that you provide a residential address when placing an order to avoid any delivery issues. Please rest assured that Snapmaker will protect user privacy, and this information will only be used for delivery purposes and will not be used for any other purposes.
• If you encounter an error during the ordering process, please click on the following FAQ link for troubleshooting. If you are still unable to place an order after troubleshooting, please send the screenshot of the checkout page to info@snapmaker.com for assistance.

• If the coupon code you entered is shown as invalid, please check the applicable scope of your coupon code. If you are still unable to identify the issue, please send an email with your coupon code and a screenshot of the checkout page to info@snapmaker.com for confirmation.

10. Please double-check the address information you have entered. If there are any errors, click the "Return to Information" button to return to the previous step. If the information is correct, click the "Continue to Payment" button to proceed with selecting your payment method.

Complete Payment

11. After you choose your preferred payment method to finish the payment, and click "Complete order" button to place the order.

• Check the payment method: Please ensure that the payment method you have selected is valid and has sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
• Contact your bank or card issuer: Sometimes, payments may fail due to security measures put in place by your bank or card issuer. We recommend reaching out to them to verify and authorize the transaction.
• Update payment information: If you believe that the payment details provided during checkout are incorrect or outdated, please update them and try to complete the payment again.

12. Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email. We are thrilled that you can share your excitement with friends to help them discover the ultimate maker's dream.
