Shipping Sequence
Shipments of the same reward tier within the same country will be prioritized as follows:
a. Deposit Holders who submitted the survey before the lockdown date
b. Non-Deposit Holders who submitted the survey before the lockdown date
c. Backers who submitted the survey after the lockdown date
Note: Within each group, shipments follow the order of Backer Number.
Order Tracking Method
For U1 backers, you can check the order status on our official website. Below are the steps for your reference:
- Go to the Snapmaker official website.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

Log in using the email associated with your Kickstarter account:
If you have never used this email on the Snapmaker official store, you will need to create a new account.
If you have previously used this email, you can log in directly. After logging in, click the profile icon again to access your account.
- Click View Details in your order to see your estimated shipping date. We will continue to update your order status here as it progresses.
