Members can redeem their snaps for the following rewards (all rewards can be found in the "Snappy Club" dashboard on the online website, and the specific rewards available are based on the member's current snaps balance):

5. If I order from Amazon, AliExpress, or a reseller, can I get Snaps?
No, you will not be able to get Snaps if you do not order from the Snapmaker Official Online store or Kickstarter.
6. How do I get the customer service priority response?
If your Snapranks are Platinum, our system will designate your email address as an urgent email. When you reach out to our customer service/technical team using the email address linked to your order, the email will be swiftly labeled as urgent and receive priority attention.
Please be aware that using a different email address may result in your email not being flagged as urgent, and our customer service/support team will respond to your inquiry in sequence.
7. What is the expiration period for Snaps?
The redeemed coupon is valid for one year.
Snaps are valid for one year and all unredeemed snaps will expire on a rolling basis based on the latest time snaps were earned. (i.e., You earned 100 snaps on April 1 and May 8, 2024, respectively, then your 100+100 snaps will expire on May 8, 2025.)
8. What are the varying benefits of different Snapranks?
Snapmaker Rewards has three tiers through which you can earn additional benefits. Depending on how many snaps you have earned, it will determine which tier you are in. Once you hit your snap amount for each of the tiers, you will get an entry reward and other unique perks!

9. If I cancel my order, how will my Snaps be affected?
Snaps earned for a purchase that is later returned or refunded will be deducted from the Member's account, including any bonus snaps. If the Member's snap balance is insufficient, the account may go negative when adjusting for the deducted snaps.
