4. Birthday reward – 500 Snaps/Points (awarded once per year)

Where can I redeem my Snaps/Points?

There are two easy ways to redeem your Snaps/Points:

Option 1: Redeem via the Member Club Panel

1. Open the Member Club panel on the official store
2. Click on "Ways to Redeem"
3. Choose the reward you’d like
4. Click "View" and then "Redeem"
5. Go to "Your Rewards" in the panel to see your available coupons
6. Click "Apply Code" — the discount code will be automatically filled in at checkout

Option 2: Redeem at Checkout

1. Add your favorite items to the cart
2. On the checkout page, select a redeemable coupon from the available options
3. Click "Redeem" to instantly apply the discount
4. Complete your purchase and enjoy the savings!

How can I use my Snaps/Points?

Once you've accumulated enough Snaps/Points, you can redeem them for discount coupons and exclusive rewards. These coupons can be applied directly at checkout. Here’s how you can use your Snaps/Points:

1. 500 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a $5 coupon, applicable to orders over $20
2. 1000 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a $10 coupon, applicable to orders over $30
3. 1200 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a 10% off coupon on the Materials/Accessories collection (available exclusively for Gold and Platinum members)
4. 1500 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a $15 coupon, applicable to orders over $40
5. 2000 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a $20 shipping coupon
6. 2500 Snaps/Points – Redeem for 1 roll of PLA Filament
7. 3000 Snaps/Points – Redeem for a $30 coupon, applicable to orders over $100

What is the expiration period for Snaps/Points?

Redeemed coupons are valid for one year from the date of redemption.

Snaps/Points are also valid for one year and will expire on a rolling basis, based on the date they were earned. For example: If you earned 100 Snaps on April 1 and another 100 on May 8, 2024, the first 100 Snaps will expire on April 1, 2025, and the second 100 on May 8, 2025, unless redeemed earlier.

Where can I check my Snaps/Points balance?

Log in to your Snapmaker account and go to the Snappy Club section to view your current points, rewards history, and available coupons.

What are the varying benefits of different Snapranks?

Snapmaker Rewards features three membership tiers, each offering increasing benefits. Your tier is determined by the number of Snaps/Points you've earned (not spent). Once you reach a new tier, you'll receive an entry reward and enjoy exclusive perks that are available only at that level.

Note: Entry rewards are granted automatically upon reaching a new tier.

Why didn’t my previous order earn Snaps/Points?

If your order was placed after the Snappy Club was launched, but you registered as a Snappy Club member after placing the order, then your order is not eligible to earn Snaps/Points. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team at info@snapmaker.com.

If I cancel my order, how will my Snaps/Points be affected?

If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded, any Snaps/Points earned from that purchase, including bonus Snaps, will be deducted from your account. If your current Snap balance is insufficient, your account may temporarily show a negative balance to reflect the adjustment.

How can I cancel or revoke a redeemed coupon code?

If you wish to cancel a redeemed coupon code and it has not been used yet, please send an email to info@snapmaker.com to contact our customer service team for assistance.

If I order from Amazon, AliExpress, or a reseller, can I get Snaps/Points?

No, you will not be able to get Snaps if you do not order from the Snapmaker Official Online store or Kickstarter.

How are Snaps/Points calculated for old users who purchasing items before the Snappy Club launched?

Register before June 1, 2024, 12:00 AM PDT will have Snaps added to your accounts based on past purchase history on Shopify and Kickstarter.

Register after June 1, 2024, 12:00 AM PDT will not receive Snaps for historical purchases; Snaps will be accumulated from purchases made after May 28, 2024, 12:00 AM PDT.
