Q&A
Q1: My linear module slider is currently loose, can I install and use this Bracing Kit?
Yes, you can install and use a Bracing Kit if your linear module slider is loose. Installing a Bracing Kit can reduce slider looseness and eliminate the need for tedious slider tension adjustments, repairs, and maintenance operations.
Q2: What do I need to purchase to use the 200W CNC Module with Snapmaker 2.0?
Case 1: If you own both Snapmaker 2.0 and Artisan and want to use Artisan's 200W CNC Module on Snapmaker 2.0, you need to purchase a Bracing Kit and a Power-boosted Toolhead Cable.
Case 2: If you only have Snapmaker A250/A250T/A350/A350T, you only need to purchase the 200W CNC Module Bundle for 2.0 A350/A350T/A250/A250T, which will include the 200W CNC Module, Power-boosted Toolhead Cable, and Bracing Kit.
Case 3: If you only have Snapmaker F250/F350, you only need to purchase the 200W CNC Module Bundle for 2.0 F250/F350, which will include the 200W CNC Module, CNC platform, Arched fixture kit, Power-boosted Toolhead Cable, and Bracing Kit.
Q3: After installing the Bracing Kit, can I use the 200W CNC Module on Snapmaker 2.0 directly?
After installing the Bracing Kit, you can use the 200W CNC Module directly on Snapmaker 2.0, but you need to use the Power-boosted Toolhead Cable and upgrade the firmware to Version v1.19.0 and above before using it.
Q4: If I purchase the Bracing Kit and other products at the same time, will Snapmaker ship them separately, or will be shipped together when the Bracing Kit is available?
If you purchase the printer or module together with the Bracing Kit, we will give you priority in shipping out the printer or module based on inventory availability.
If you purchase accessories or materials together with the Bracing Kit, they will be sent to you when the Bracing Kit is available.
If you have any special requirements, please contact info@snapmaker.com for processing.
Q5: How do I buy a Power-boosted Toolhead Cable?
Power-boosted Toolhead Cable cannot be purchased separately from the online store currently. Please send your purchase requirements and shipping address to info@snapmaker.com and our customer service team will assist you in purchasing.
