If you open the enclosure and the laser module or CNC module still keeps working, there might be something wrong. Please do as follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

1, Please check if you have turned on the door detection function. You can do that in Snapmakerjs. 

You need to connect the machine with a computer so that you can save the changes.

→Machine Settings →Choose On in Door detection→Save Changes

3, If the problem persists, please reverse the two ends of the cable and try again.  

4，If the problem persists, please connect the enclosure to port 4 and try again. If it works, port 5 is defective. Please fill in the warranty request on our website and contact support@snapmaker.com for a replacement part. If it still doesn’t work, please refer to step 5.

5, Please turn on the Laser module, and press the switch hard with your hand. If the enclosure still does not work, the switch may be loose.  Please fill in the warranty request on our website and contact support@snapmaker.com for assistance.
