Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:
1) The most important thing is to check if you use the right power supply. The voltage of the required power is 24V. Please make sure you use the provided power supply.
2) Please refer to the below images, and check the thermistor which detects the temperature of the nozzle. If it has come off the heated block, it means that the thermistor cannot detect the current temperature and leads to heat protection. That’s why the machine stops heating.
3) The problem may lie in the heating tube. Please use a multicable to measure the Ohm value. The right value is between 13.6 - 15.3Ω. If the Ohm value of the heating tube is infinite or lower, you need to replace it with a new one. When the heating tube in the 3D Printing Module is diagnosed as defective by the Snapmaker support team, please follow this tutorial to replace the heating tube.
4) If the problem persists, the problem may lie in the controller. There may be something wrong with the controller. Please fill in the warranty request, and attach a video or several pictures of the problem.
We will provide several suggestions for you from our engineer later for troubleshooting.
