If you encounter a problem and the touch screen shows “Min Temp Err”, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot.
1. Connect your computer to the machine using Snapmakerjs.
2. Then enter the command "M140 S50" and press "Enter". Can the temperature of the Heated Bed reach around 50℃ after a while?
If the heated bed cannot heat up constantly, the heating block of it is negative.
You can buy a new one from this link https://shop.snapmaker.com/collections/parts-accessories/products/heated-bed-with-stickers-3-piecesIf
3. Please check the end of the touch screen cable and see if all the pins are alright. If all the pins are straight, please unplug the RJ45 cable and then plug it in again. Please make sure the machine is on and the touch screen is connected to the controller. If any of the pins in the RJ45 port is malpositioned, it makes the connection unreliable. You will find the screen shows the correct temperature instead of “Min Temp Err” while you jiggle the cable.
4, If the screen cannot show the current temperature of the nozzle and the heated bed, the thermistors of the two parts are negative.
If the screen can show the current temperature of the nozzle and the heated bed, the thermistors of the two parts are unbroken. Please be noted that the temperature will change continually.
5, Please replace the 3DP module with the other two modules, CNC carving module, and Laser engraving module. If the two modules can work fine under the control of the main controller, we can rule out the possibility of the main controller.
6, If the screen shows “Thermal Runaway” or “Printer halted”, there are three reasons to check the situation.
1, The hot end might be broken, please following the article to replace it and try again.

2, The pins in the cable and the circuit board might be broken. In this condition, you will need to replace with a new 3DP module. If the problem persists, please fill in the warranty request on our website and contact support@snapmaker.com for assistance.
3, The main controller may have something wrong, and you will need to replace a new one.
