1) Please use the touchscreen to move the toolhead back to the original position and then move the Z-axis downwards again.

Please go to Controls > Home Axes

2) This problem may arise if you enable “Door Detection” in Snapmakerjs while you are not using an enclosure V1.1. Connect Snapmakerjs with your Snapmaker.

Connect the machine with the PC and then launch Snapmakerjs. Please make sure that you have connected them successfully as you can see in the below picture.

Use the command "M1010" to check the status of the enclosure and then use "M1010 S0" to turn off it.

Please go to Settings > Machine Settings > Enclosure, select Off and click Save Changes to disable “Door Detection”.
