What should I do if the nozzle heats up constantly or the laser and the CNC module are at full power uncontrollably?

Phenomenon:

The nozzle heats up constantly to even 250 degrees
Laser and the CNC are always at full power uncontrollably.

Causes:

One MOSFET(mos field-effect transistor) in the controller is damaged. This FET controls the current of the three modules.

Solutions:

You need a new controller. Please contact support@snapmaker.comfor help.
