1.1 Assembly Tips
To ensure better carving results, you are recommended to check the following assembly steps:
① Align the Y axes with the grooves of the Base Plate of the machine
While attaching the two Y-axis Linear Modules to the Base Plate, make sure that the Y axes are accurately mounted onto the grooves of the Base Plate.
② Push the CNC Carving Platform to the leftmost or rightmost end
Slightly loosen all positioning screws on the CNC Carving Platform, not completely out of the nuts. Push the CNC Platform horizontally till the leftmost or rightmost end to keep its left edge parallel that of the Base Plate. Tighten the screws again.
③ Align the Base of the Rotary Module with the CNC Carving Platform
While attaching the Base to the middle of the CNC Carving Platform, make sure that the two vertical edges of the Base parallels the vertical lines drawn on the CNC platform.
