If the touchscreen is black and cannot light up, there are several possible reasons.

• The controller may be faulty.
• The touchscreen itself may be faulty.
• The power supply or DC power cable may be faulty.

The controller may be faulty.

There is a breathing light at the back of the controller. Check whether the light at the back of the controller is breathing or not. If it breathes slowly, use a USB cable to connect the machine to a computer. In Luban software, try to connect the machine. The controller is fine if the Luban can control the machine.

The touchscreen itself may be faulty.

If Luban can control the machine, there is something wrong with the touchscreen. Try to unplug the touchscreen cable from the controller and plug it back at 180°. If the touchscreen remains black, the touchscreen is faulty.

The power supply or DC power cable may be faulty.

If there is no breathing light at the back of the controller and Luban cannot control the machine, the power supply or DC power cable may be faulty.

If you have a multimeter, please check whether the DC power cable is fine.
