When trying to check your orders via 'View your order' in the confirmation email, you may encounter the below error message.
Regarding this issue, it is because we have a new EU store. If one customer placed an order in the US store and he is located in the EU, when viewing the order in the confirmation email, the error message will pop up.
Please click on Return to the home page in the pop-up message. Then at the bottom of the store page, click on Switch Store to the Non-EU store to check your orders.
