- Please make sure the machine is running the latest firmware, 2.11. If it is not, click on the link to download the latest firmware. https://snapmaker.com/download/snapmaker1
- Please swap the X-axis and Z-axis. After that, please check again. If it works well after swapping the axes, the issue exists in Z-axis. If it still does not work, the issue may exist in the controller. Please send an email to support@snapmaker.com to get further help.
