Follow the below steps to troubleshoot:

1）Make sure that you choose the right machine type with the Snapmakerjs. We have offered some options in the machine for users to choose. The working area of them are different. Please make sure Snapmaker Original is selected as shown below.

2) This happens because you set the size of the model larger than the size of the work area. Set the size smaller than the size of the work area and generate the G-code again. The work area for 3D printing is 125*125*125mm. Please check the parameter that you set.
