Problem

1. When the switch is in the On position, the printer is still off./ When the switch is in the Off position, the printer is still on.

2. The printer can't be turned on. When the switch is in the On position, the printer is still off (the fan in the controller is not spinning, the LED on the controller is off and the touch screen is black). 

Solution:

Please follow these steps to solve this problem:

1,

• Switch the power to off and push the switch heavily to the Offside further until you hear a click. The key is that you need to hear the click sound. 
• If the above solution doesn't solve the problem, please go to Solution for step 2.

• You can use a stick to hit the switch slightly so that the shrapnel will pop open

3, 

• Switch the power to off and push the switch heavily to the Offside further until you hear a click. The key is that you need to hear the click sound. 
• Make sure the cables on the power adapter are connected properly.
• Unplug the power cable from the controller. Check if the light on the power adapter is on. If the light on the power adapter is on, there is a short circuit in the controller. If the light on the power adapter is off, the power adapter is damaged.
