    The info about pre order shows if you order now its just the order page. I ordered several months ago day after kickstarter ended. How do i find my estimated delivery date. Or is there a contact to ask i have order number but no info sence then

    Same as Joseph, I ordered an A350 on July 18th, 2019. My delivering was estimated to be in March, 2020. It would be nice to be able to get some information on the status of the order.

    They sent an email with adjusted dates.
    If you ordered in between these dates,
    June - August 2019 Delivery is July 2020
    September - November 2019 Delivery is August 2020
    December 2019 - February 2020 Delivery is September 2020

    No creo tener problemas me mandan este mes junio 2020 el cuestionario y en julio 2020 la maquina en principio la contraseña de kictktarter ya no me sirve no se si por eso tendre problemas me podeis decir algo por ejemplo lo que hace falta gracias.

    I have bee patient, but I don't understand why people who place an order just a month ago will receive theirs 2 months later when people who order since last year haven't received even an email, saying hey we will send it soon or any update, we sent an email a few months ago, and your response was the link showing the dates that possibly you will be shipping, in general, the orders made on those dates, so please help us to have a peace of mind knowing more about the shipping of the Snapmaker A350, hope you can publish something so many more would feel better.

    Are new orders going through? because if that is the case I might as well cancel my per-order from last year and place a new order. I might loose the discount but lets face it, because of how long its taken, I have lost that discount through interest alone.

    I would sure like to know what bank you are with that you get that much interest, cause man that is awesome.

     

    To both Justin and Esteban, I doubt very highly that anyone is getting there order before you. The snap maker team has been very forthcoming with information and I will eat my words if you can prove to me that people are getting their orders before all of us that pre-ordered.

    I think that this company is doing a splendid job of keeping us informed, and for once I actually might get the item that I paid for, unlike the 8 other things I have invested in and got NOTHING.

    I ordered mine in February of this year, things got delayed, but I believe them when I hear October.

    Ok, placed my kickstarter order in early November 2019, and have seen on the facebook group that several people that have ordered theirs AFTER mine have received their orders. I have talk to snapmaker and they do NOT give me an answer, just a wishy washy response.  Is there any way to actually track my order if i Have the order number??  It's SM201945853. An answer from anyone would be awesome. The list on this feed states that it should have arrived in September.  Well, it's now October and I haven't heard a word. Great customer support.

         Its hyperbole for sure, there is no bank with that kind of interest. And yet, here we are in October with no product. I contacted support twice last month and both times they told me I would get it in September.

    What about just adding a field in everybodys account with individual shipping dates for each person out your ERP system?

    And a second one with tracking information when it gets shipped.

    (My one should already be on the way, again I have to contact support, whether it is shipped or not and which is the delivery date).

    I ordered in December and haven’t received mine either. It was supposed to ship in September but so far nothing and no updates. I have received all the accessories I ordered like the case etc.

    I ordered ours 11/12/19, and we were told that the delivery date was in June, then August, then September, and now DECEMBER 2020?  I just found out the December date on my phone.  I mean, hey Snapmaker, I'm SO sorry that I didn't get on board during the Kickstarter campaign, but you can service all those who came after?  Why did I have to dig for an updated delivery date?  Frustration doesn't even come close to what I'm feeling right about now...

    @John Molina - where did you see the shipping update? I am so upset with the lack of communication on this subject. I also ordered last November, and very little communication on updated shipping dates. Dear Snapmaker - you need to learn a little customer service. I paid you $1200 almost a year ago. I have started to think that you are scamming me. Please communicate a shipping date to your customers.

    Honestly I have been so patient like many other backers and pre-order guys, but I haven't seen anything about people getting theirs, and you publish that you have shipped 1000s already, but i don't see good reviews or even videos on YouTube, or even Facebook, I've been texting CS and they always like everyone else got the same response, your will be shipped in September and will take 30 to 40 days, or just look at the link and you will see approximately shipping dates, I mean, seriously you claim been the most backed product in so short time for the 2nd time, you should know better by now that mny of us wants at least some comforting words, I just don't want to think the worst yet, hopefully they publish something other than new add-ons for something we don't have yet.

    I have received the 2.0 enclosure and the sample materials etc. I can tell you by the quality of the enclosure the wait will be worth it. It does suck that they are not very responsive to inquiries about the orders. But I have had so many similar situations will kickstarters and they rarely have good communication. But so far I have received all my pledges except this one and one other one that also hasn’t been very helpful with shipping estimates. But I’m sure it will show up eventually.

    I ordered in November of 2019, and as some here, am supposed to receive (or at least have it shipped) last month. I have heard nothing, nor have I gotten any of my accessories like some of you have. I was starting to worry it was a scam as well, and I'm unfortunately glad to hear I'm not going crazy. If I don't get any product by the end of this month or a reliable time estimate/tracking number, I think I will look for a way to get a refund. Maybe kickstarter can help with these complaints if Snapmaker is silent? I understand Covid has thrown a wrench in a lot of production plans, but Snapmaker, please communicate as so many are saying! I was so excited about this product, but my excitment is all but gone at this point.

    Really curious to see if anyone can answer "Yes" to Justin Malone's question of whether anyone has received one yet.

    Al final lo recibi en agosto en vez de julio todo bien maquina gabinete y complementos eso si espere mas de un año con la pandemia paciencia es lo unico que se me ocurre saludos.

    Despues de recibir la maquina he tenido un buen soporte por parte de Snapmaker todo bien menos el tiempo de espera pero ya paso un saludo.

    Can you look at your "backer kit" link and see if it says shipped?

    When did you order yours so that the rest of us can gauge ours from your delivery?
