A Gcode file is too large
The problem usually happens when transferring the file from Luban to the machine via a WiFi connection. Try a smaller Gcode file to check whether the issue disappears.
A Gcode file cannot be parsed by the touchscreen
The problem may happen if the Gcode file is generated by third-party software that Snapmaker can not work with. Use Snapmaker Luban to generate the Gcode file and check whether the issue disappears.
