The Y axes make a clunk sound when moving.
- The strokes (the maximum distance that can be moved) of the two Y axes are not in sync.
1. Please follow the steps in this video to make sure the stokes of the two Y axes are in sync.
2. If the problem persists, swap one Y axis with the X axis at a time and then follow the same steps as in the above video successively. Keep the one Y axis that have the closest stroke as the X axis and replace the other Y axis with the X axis.
3. If the X axis cannot match well with any of the Y axes, it is recommended to replace the two Y axes altogether.
