How to Track Order
Normally, your order will be available for delivery within 3-5 business days after you make the payment. Once your order is shipped out, the system will automatically send you the tracking number by email. The tracking number will be delayed during holidays, or when your order is out of stock.
You can also click the link below to enter the order ID and email address to get the tracking number.
If you still can not find the tracking number, please email info@snapmaker.com for further confirmation.
Cancel the order
You can fill in the Return/Refund Request Form so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to solve it. https://snapmaker.formcrafts.com/return-refund
If the order does not arrange to ship out, please email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID and Cancel reason so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to solve it.
If the order is in transit, please contact the Express to refuse to receive the package and email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID and Cancel reason so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to solve it.
If the order is delivered, you need to meet the requirements of issuing a refund within 7 days of receiving the package and the condition that the package has not been opened before you can cancel the order. If you qualify for a refund, please email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID and Cancel reason so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to process it.

Update the shipping address
If the order does not arrange to ship out, please email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID and Latest Shipping Address so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to update it.
If the order has been arranged to ship out, please contact Express to update the shipping address and email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID and Latest Shipping Address so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to try to update it.
The logistics status shows that the package was delivered but still has not been received.
Please file a claim with Express to get the claim ID.
Once the claim ID is available, please email info@snapmaker.com with the Order ID, Claim ID, and Missing item list so that our Customer Service Team can assist you to solve it.

Artisans will be divided into two Boxes(Box A and Box B) for delivery due to being overweight. Please don't worry, the packages will be delivered within 1 week.
