Where to use the Gift Card?

The Snapmaker Gift Card is valid only on the Snapmaker online store. Please make sure you purchase the gift card in the store where the receiver can place the order.

For example, if you buy a gift card in the EU store, you can't redeem it in the US store. Not redeemable at Snapmaker resellers or for cash, and no resale, or exchanges, except as required by law. Snapmaker is not responsible for unauthorized use.

Why didn't I receive the Gift Card after placing the order?

The Gift Card is digital, not physical. Once ordered, an email will be sent with activation instructions. If the activation email isn't received, reach out to our team at info@snapmaker.com.

Why is my gift card code not working?

Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:

Make sure you are using the gift card code in the store where the card is purchased. For example, if you buy a gift card in the EU store, you can't redeem it in the US store.

Make sure the code is entered correctly. Check if the card has already been redeemed. You can check the balance through the link in the email when the card is sent to you. If you need more help, please contact info@snapmaker.com.

What is the expiration date of the gift card?

The gift card is valid permanently. It will not expire.

What is the refund policy for the Snapmaker Gift Card?

The Snapmaker Gift Card is not refundable. However, the product purchased using the gift card can be refunded based on our limited warranty. Please note that, if applicable, the money will be refunded to the gift card first.
