- Make sure you are using the gift card code in the store where the card is purchased. For example, if you buy a gift card in the EU store, you can't redeem it in the US store.
Make sure the code is entered correctly.
Check if the card has already been redeemed. You can check the balance through the link in the email when the card is sent to you.
